CryptoIQ
Disclaimer
Applies to all CryptoIQ products including Cycle IQ. Read this before acting on anything you see on this site.
Not financial advice. CryptoIQ products including Cycle IQ are research, data, and software tools — a publication, not an advisory service. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any digital asset or security. Each score is a regime classifier, not a trading signal — it tells you what cycle phase a market appears to sit in, not whether you should take action.
Impersonal and general. Everything CryptoIQ publishes is general market commentary distributed on a regular schedule to all readers alike. Nothing here is tailored to any individual's financial situation, holdings, objectives, or risk tolerance, and nothing should be read as a personalized recommendation. CryptoIQ is a research and data publisher — not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading adviser — and provides no individualized advice or account management.
No offer; positions. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any digital asset or security. CryptoIQ and its authors may hold positions in assets discussed and may transact in them at any time without notice.
No fiduciary or advisory relationship. Reading this site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and CryptoIQ or its authors. We do not know your timeframe, position size, leverage, tax situation, or risk tolerance — all of which materially change what any cycle indicator means for you.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical regime-band accuracy figures cited on this site — including the Wilson 95% confidence intervals on the methodology page — describe the current label set and methodology draft over 2015–2026. They do not predict future cycles. The Bitcoin market is non-stationary; cycle compression, regulatory shocks, and structural changes in market microstructure can and do degrade historical signal performance.
Data sources. CryptoIQ products read from third-party data providers (CoinMetrics, FRED, Wikipedia, Coinglass, and others) which may revise, restate, or interrupt their published series. We do not independently audit those providers. Any score on any given day reflects the data as it stood at the time of the daily refresh.
Wallet attributions are inferences. Some CryptoIQ products (including Exit IQ) associate on-chain wallet addresses with named entities — teams, treasuries, foundations, market makers, or exchanges — based on public block-explorer tags, on-chain forensic analysis, and published disclosures. These attributions are our good-faith analytical inferences and opinions based on the disclosed on-chain data; they are not proven identities and may be wrong or become outdated (entities rotate wallets). Statements about wallet activity describe observed on-chain transfers only; they do not assert the intent, motive, or purpose of any transfer, and they do not allege wrongdoing by any person or entity.
Corrections and disputes. If you believe a wallet attribution or any factual claim on this site is incorrect — including if you represent an entity named in an attribution — email sawyer@crypto-iq.xyz with the wallet address and supporting evidence. We review disputes promptly, correct errors, and note material corrections on the affected pages.
Jurisdiction. Crypto assets are regulated differently across jurisdictions and may be restricted or prohibited where you live. Nothing on this site is offered or directed to residents of any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
Your decisions are yours. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on information from this site. Consult a qualified, licensed adviser in your jurisdiction before making any financial decision. By using any CryptoIQ product, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
