Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 2026-06-12. This policy explains how CryptoIQ subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and our position on refunds. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1The short version
CryptoIQ membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime, and on cancellation your access continues through the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. Subscriptions are non-refundable.
2No refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods of non-use. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds when you cancel. Because a free tier — today's Cycle IQ score — is available for as long as you like before you subscribe, it serves as the trial: you can evaluate the product before paying.
This policy applies except where a refund is required by applicable law (for example, certain non-waivable consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction), in which case we will honor those rights.
3How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings (the billing portal accessible from your account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again after you cancel. Cancellation is self-service — you can manage it yourself anytime from your account billing portal. If you have any trouble, reach us on X at @CryptoIQ_xyz.
4What happens to your access
When you cancel, your membership and its benefits remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, your subscription does not renew and Operator-only features lock; you keep free access to the public Cycle IQ score. There is no clawback and no exit friction. You can re-subscribe at any time at the then-current price.
5Auto-renewal and price changes
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until cancelled. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change affecting your subscription, and any change takes effect no earlier than your next billing period. See the billing section of our Terms of Service for details.
6Billing problems and disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe through Clerk Billing. If you see a charge you do not recognize, believe you were billed in error, or have any other billing question, please review your subscription and billing history in your account billing portal first. If you still believe a charge is in error, reach us on X at @CryptoIQ_xyz or dispute it with your payment provider; initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
7Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Changes apply to billing periods beginning after the change takes effect.
8Managing your subscription
You can manage billing and cancellation anytime, yourself, from your account billing portal, or reach us on X at @CryptoIQ_xyz.
